Some info for the new swimmers:
The USA Meets usually offer what is called a "Psyche" sheet, which lists all the swimmers participating in the meet according to their seed times in every event. It is nice to get an early look at the events before you get there. Keep in mind, it doesn't have the separate heats and lanes listed, as these can change last minute.
