Polar Plunge

This Friday, members of the swim team and their families are encouraged to head up the Northway to Shepherd's Beach in Lake George Village to participate in the aunual Polar Plunge. Coach Jeff has suggested that anyone interested in carpooling, meet at the Saratoga Y at noon. The plan is to meet up to the left of the stage area at the beach, about 1:45pm.

The Harvest Invitational (Ballston Spa)

This past Saturday, the Stingrays visited Ballston Spa High School.

Swimathon a BIG Success!

The Swimathon held today was a huge success. The Stingray team raised more than $1500 for the Saratoga YMCA Scholarship Fund.
